We had to pick a closing time for the electronic schedule, we'll be open until traffic actually dies down. The Susan C. Petrey Memorial Fan Lounge is a community area for fans to meet and hold gatherings during OryCon. If your club/guild/ committee/alliance/group of friends would like a free area to host a get-together, please sign up on the door of the lounge during the convention. View o39.sched.org for the latest schedule information. Refreshments will be provided, and the only requirement is that your event is open and welcoming to any fans who might wander in. Folks just looking for a place to sit and relax are welcome, too!
